It's apart of a much larger AP redemption, so will book economy if I have to, but obviously would prefer J since it would be the same price, if possible.
United errored out when I tried to book it. On this particular day it looks like UA is showing phantom space.

Just ticket with that segment in Y, set an EF alert and call AP to have it changed to J if space opens up. It seems like this route has tons of award space in general.
