I'm trying to price the carrier imposed charges on an award ticket. Outbound and inbound are both on TK metal transiting thru IST, but when I try to price it, I get this error:

"Error
Please try again. If your reservation code (PNR) has expired, you are required to complete your procedures at our sales offices or from our call center."

Is it b/c I don't have enough points? I don't actually want to buy it, I just want to know what YQ will be, and that it's not phantom space before transferring Citi pts.
