See the menus below for the meals you'll be served on your flight.

Starters

  • British cured Cumbrian ham, smoked aubergine purée, basil pesto
  • Roasted heirloom winter squash, goat's curd, caramelised pear, honey and Tewkesbury mustard dressing
  • Pea and mint soup, chive crème fraîche
  • Fresh seasonal salad

Main

  • Seared fillet of Hake, butter beans with saffron, crispy chorizo, smoked paprika sauce
  • Ale-braised feather blade of British beef, chive mashed potatoes, horseradish dumplings, Chantenay carrots
  • Pan-fried Parmesan polenta, wild mushroom ragout, wilted greens, savoury walnut granola

Dessert

  • Black Forest gâteau, sour cherry compote
  • Fresh seasonal fruits
  • Warm caramel lava sponge, crème anglaise
  • Cheese board - Blackstone Vintage Cheddar, Cotswold Organic Brie, Blacksticks Blue Premier Cru, rhubarb paste

I've gone for the hake. Mr has gone for the beef. Anyone recommend any of the starters? I'm thinking the ham.
