We recently moved from Connecticut to a small city in the Upper Midwest/Great Lakes and while there are few decent independent restaurants and breweries with good food, mostly you get chain restaurants. I will admit to liking Chili's nachos.

I recently had dinner at PF Changs in DTW and I must say their dynamite shrimp were really good. Their hot & Sour soup also wasn't bad.
