If I am beyond the 30-day window after the annual fee on my personal Plat Card posted, is there anything I can do in terms of getting a retention offer? I didn't get one last year either. And I simply didn't notice when the fee hit this year. Am I out of luck?
Someone please answer this, I would like to know as well. I never notice annual fees until over 45 days after posting.
