Once a delight, this property has seen its heyday, and unless they change management or do a complete 180, I don't know what will save this property.It hurts to write this as I love the location and it is walking distance to my work in Shanghai but I will seek other properties from now on.
I care more about location than hotel quality and the area has lost a lot of my favourite restaurants and bars during the past year.. In fact I moved apartments for this reason.
