Being retired with no life, I spend way too much time on their surveys. Yes, the success rate is low. (I've been at about 20% lately), and you only get 3 points for each survey you "fail". The problem is that most of the "fails" aren't for strictly demographic reasons, at least in my case. Haven't bought a car in the last years, or planning to buy in the next two? Goodbye. Your "main bank" is a Credit Union? Adios. And sometimes getting there takes a while.
Awards are anywhere form 20 to 125; 50-60 seems to be the norm. The points do show up in your account, in batches. And I have seen absolutely no spam that appears in any way tailored to the information they have.
