He broke no law, so no charges are possible. And there was no financial loss for Aeroflot (instead, the airline got profit due to him having to get another ticket and then losing all the miles). The passenger circumvented airline rules only (and the airline has already used 'capial punishment" availiable to it for that).
However, Aeroflot actually ended up with huge losses. Public opinion is against the airline, some people wowed to quit flying Aeroflot or using Aeroflot Bonus, and there is even no "victory" over the passenger, as the cat owner has already got compensational bonuses from multiple companies and people. The cat also seems to be happy and having an interesting celebrity life.
Huge flop for Aeroflot. And not the first one.
