Thank you! No, I will not be arriving from abroad - rather, I have a late flight home and, as far as I know right now, not much going on the day of my departure from IAD. So am hoping to step into a cancellation or whatever. Not sure how feasible that is @ IAD, but probably worth a shot given that my interview as scheduled will kill the better part of a day.

Edit: Just as a DP for general information to others, I applied for renewal in early July, and just in recent days received CA.
