We just stayed 3 nights at Tokyo Station Hotel because we were there during Rugby and luxury hotels were full. We prefer the Tokyo Station area, previously stayed at Mandarin Oriental and Shangrila. TS is not the same luxury level as other hotels and we found concierge quite variable for simple requests.
