However, if the OP is using the EF award search tool, then I agree with the rest of the advice you gave.
EDIT: I am an idiot, EF award search is free. OP could very well be searching for revenue tickets then yeah. I thought EF award search (not just alerts) was paid so anyone who had it would probably know how to use it.
