First off, When did DL ever send bags to the MFR? They’re contracted with Rynn’s which does repair on multiple brands.
Second, why are you speaking on behalf of the manufacturer as a Delta agent? Makes no sense. You don’t work for Brand protection at LVMH.
This just seems like an unprofessional way to discourage bag claims. I highly doubt Rynn’s would destroy any bags (except for those voluntarily surrendered).
