I have some domestic flights booked on ET. Am able to pull up the reservation, I have confirmation, I have ticket #. Will let me select special meal, but the seat changes are all greyed out so can't pick. Is this normal for their domestic flights? (Small planes, economy only, my UA *G number is in the reservation.)
Follow up: The system let me book seats about 10 days out, but I wasn't able to buy premium seats (not sure what that means, frankly, but the screen said I was eligible but I couldn't see anything to purchase -- was told by someone local that rows 1-11 or so don't show up because on a plane without premium cabin space the first row in economy is 11, will verify shortly)).
