There is no need for the OP to clear transfer security in the N/S area in order to go to the *A lounge.
After arrival, the OP should go to the main duty-free area ( which is before security ), take the elevator to Level 10.
So;
Arriving in T1 from extra-Schengen --> Star Alliance lounge --> clear passport control --> T1 Schengen departure gates --> clear security at gate
