At smaller airports, ground service is usually excellent and efficient. For example, having the check-in agent, without prompting, hand carry a guitar over to baggage rather than dumping it on the belt; or spending time trying to associate files on different tickets. They're not as rushed, but it's nice to see good service. Even at YYZ I have no complaints, except for security -- and US immigration.
