Not sure if it's been discussed yet (did a quick search but didn't spot it), but, it seems that you can no longer book travel through the concierge. Meaning you can no longer pay for the fight with the card and then redeem points for the statement credit. Lady at the concierge said this is a brand new policy, basically they can no longer see the points for which to redeem for the credit.
Another blow to the card. Death by a thousand cuts.
Not that this was the last straw. That was when they changed the Priority Pass policy so that I now have to pay for my guests. An extra $96 to bring my small children into the lounge is quite a deal breaker... yeah, could perhaps leave them outside the door, and the lounge patrons would probably prefer that. But honestly that's not really an option.
