$95 AF just got billed on ATT Access More and got the standard 2 additional TYP up to 35K points offer. Accepted. 3rd year in a row I've had the offer. Last year I got the offer a few weeks before my AF was billed but this year I wanted to make sure it had been a full 6 statements since the previous offer ended before I asked again.
$495 AF for for Prestige also recently got billed. I've called maybe a dozen times over the past few months and haven't gotten a single retention offer. Frontline reps have only offered to product change to a different card. If a retention offer is available, they will still transfer you to an account specialist/retention rep but won't transfer if there isn't anything. Since I was transferred over with my Access More card, I had the specialist look if my Prestige had any retention offers. There were no offers, so I think the lack of retention offers on the Prestige is a real thing and not them trying to avoid transferring Prestige card members to the retention dept.
