All of my expectations at the airport itself are met well with AC. Besides the regular bull**it at security, which has nothing to do with AC, I am quite happy. Nice lounges, quick checkin with either the Business class line or the kiosks, and for the most part helpful agents.

Arriving it seems like we always have to wait 1-15 mins for a gate, this annoys me. But for the most part my experiences at the airport itself is more than acceptable.
