T3 generally for me.... Part of the issue is the Fastrack lane send you to a scanner shared with non Fastrack lane so the whole Fastrack experience is no exactly dedicated.

The secondary problem to that is there's a lot of once a year PX in the normal line that then end up sending their 4 packs of Stella through the same scanner which means when my gear randomly goes for a secondary there's already 28 other bags in the queue.

The BA lounge staff are great but the lounge offering is rubbish, cold toast is as good as the morning offering gets.

On a plus side, T3 does have a KFC!

A lot does depend on when you travel through though to be fair.
