It is before peak season (1st week of Dec). I figured out that the Prive rate was the same as the Standard rate. And there was a Prive Prepaid rate that was 10% off that. This hotel has pretty significant price fluctuations, so just check once per week (or figure out some way to get alerts when the price drops).

Standard/Prive was $220/nt, prepaid rate was $198/nt. There are taxes and fees, but with globalist the resort fees are waived so the all in cost for four nights is just about $900.
