Anyone care to expand on that..
In this new self-serve, lower-cost environment, what do you expect from AC when at the airport, departing / arriving? .. especially away from the Big 3 (YVR/YYZ/YUL). Facilities.. what the staff should do.. handling.. etc. Looking to validate my own thoughts as so much has changed in the last 15years.
Specifially, not whether you're satisfied or not, but what do you want from an airline at checkin, gate, and arrival, baggage?
