Hi all! Quick question: Our flight HKGBKK was changed and Thai also changed our seat assignments, choosing four window seats for me, my wife and children. It appears that there is no way to change my seat online, and nobody at the local call center picks up (It just goes to voicemail and says somebody will call me back.). We do not have international calling access on our phones.

Any other suggestions as to how to get everyone back together?
