I feel I must be missing something obvious but I am trying to book a Delta flight from NYC to DEN using flying blue award miles. The flying blue site gives me the cost estimate but both air France and KLM say the flight is not possible. I can't see anything on Delta that helps.

Can this be done online or do I need to ring them up?
