Doing a quick turn on AS, arriving 11am at SFO T2 and leaving at 11pm on a Saturday. First time visiting so I'm going into the city then come back to SFO and need some suggestions.

I'm planning to take BARTS into the city and then uber/walk or take streetcar to the following

Lunch at union square area or china town area
walk towards sf pier 39 to see sea lions
visit moma until 4-5pm
then uber to palace of fine arts
then walk north to the beach area to view golden gate bridge (hopefully not too dark yet?)
then go back towards BARTS station and have dinner and get back to airport by 9pm

Is the above too much? Lunch/dinner wise I plan to have in and out at least once, then I'm open to suggestions.

Also, is there any way to get a shower somewhere during or at the end of day? I have priority pass but don't think SFO has anything to offer.
