To be fair, this does not promise eggs. There is nothing in the OP that says CTO breakfast was not available. This basically implies to me that there is no buffet style at HGI.
This sounds like the kind of 1 star review that makes me not trust reviews anymore. "Website claims CTO breakfast! No eggs!"
