Question on Visa Free Transit facility – VFTF:
I have a question on whether I need a visa or not.
I am a Chinese citizen. I have both a Residence Permit for Germany (unlimited stay; unlimited entries) and a Visitor Visa for New Zealand (one month validity; multiple entry). I plan to do two stopovers in Singapore; An 80-hour stopover in Singapore, travelling from Sweden to New Zealand with Singapore Airlines; plus an 85-hour transit, travelling from New Zealand to Denmark with Singapore Airlines; Your VFTF rules are not clear to me. Your rule state that: "Not have returned to your home country since you last used the SJV." However, I possess a Residence Permit for Germany, hence, that exception should not apply to me - or does it apply?
Let's wait for the answer.
