As far as the LHR T3 VS Revivals club, when my wife was a GM and was with me a couple of years ago, they wouldn't let her in for free, but offered to let her in for GBP30 as they told us the lounge was not crowded that morning. We headed for the tube station.
Yeah that price they offer to guest someone is ridiculous. Unless you just dont care about value, skip worrying about if they'll even let you guest someone.
