For reference, exactly the same menu on my Band 3 ARN-LHR earlier this week. So thankful I ordered a special meal, as that fish dish has appeared an awful lot on my flights.
I went Kosher and was given a 'meat' meal, which was a rather excellent chicken salad starter (with homous in separate bowl), and a Salt Beef with cabbage and veg main. Dessert was a 'chocolate' style dessert (obviously no milk), but cannot complain. Plenty of food and a nice change from the standard fish.
It's not the greatest menu is it? I was very glad I ordered a Hindu meal after I saw a picture upthread when I realised this menu was due to be on my LCA-LHR. I got a lovely curry whereas my friend barely ate touched the fish and rued that he hadn't done the same.
