I recall too that they offered a refund during the last hurricane. But with their renewed threats of refiling BK, that may have changed.
I agree with the above - call back and ask again. First I'd ask for them to tell you the policy rather that have them look up your rez.
Lastly, ask for a voucher. They keep the $$$ and you have a chance at travel dates/destinations that may be acceptable to you.
