In very other situation it has worked eventually, whether it took 1 minute or 10 minutes the employees made it work, often asking higher ups/ more experienced employees for assistance.

In another thread, someone said they wrote down all the steps for processing gift cards to help FD agents. Sounds ridiculous doesn’t it? But this is Marriott. See posts # 1562-1563.

Not all hotels carry them, but many do. I’ve purchased some at Waikiki Marriott, St Regis NY, Sheraton McKinney. You just have to call around before driving anywhere.
