Fly the other UA business product and you won't have the same opinion I'd guess. Polaris is the outlier. The Polaris lounge is the outlier. The regular UA club is ok, but it kinda sucks tbh. The UA 787 business product, 2-2-2...the seat is comfortable, but the lack of aisle access is a joke. I haven't sat in the CW product, I'd like to, but I've heard such poor reviews and BA redemptions are a joke, so it's likely to not happen, though I do have an F flight coming up soon. But at least the weird CW seat for all it's flaws have aisle access don't they?
I'm not knocking the UA Polaris product by any means, nor the BA product as I haven't tried it. I'm just saying, don't be shocked that the flashy new product from ANY airline beats the tired old one from another. Polaris crushes the other UA business product and IMO the Air Canada 787 seats (I'm not sure exactly which aircrafts their also on, but it's not just the 787) crushes the older UA biz as well. New product doesn't ALWAYS equal better, but there's a good chance

All 787-10 came fitted with Polaris and the older 787-8 and 787-9 have already started "Polarization" although it will probably take 12-18 months to finish. There are a handful of 777 out there that are 2-2-2 as well. That said all of the 8 across 2-4-2 J cabins are gone as well as any cain that had legacy First Class.
