If you are tall-ish or have big feet then definitely row 4. The galley isn't that close. I've been sleeping in the equivalent row on the 787-9 many times until everyone were getting their pre-arrival service cleared away.

If you are short and don't have noise cancelling headphones for sleeping then maybe row 5.

For noise I think row 4 is one row farther from the engines, so there's that too...
