As your BA flight will arrive in T1, the entrance to Jewel will be steps away from the immigration and customs exit. There is a dedicated early check-in service available inside Jewel, and there is a nice lounge across from that. It's called Changi Lounge at Jewel, or something similar, and Priority Pass will get you access. Their shower suites look very good from the reviews and photos online, though I can't confirm that via personal experience.
If you haven't been there before, I would also recommend some time looking around Jewel before you go back airside. The rain vortex is particularly impressive; you can view it from both above and below.
