Is this a hang up and call again scenario, or is this somehow truly how it works? Really hoping to not play upgrade roulette at the gate. I'm 1 for 1 on this route with free upgrades, but I got lucky.
What a garbage answer, many of these Meeting Services reps can be totally clueless. Of course you can use your BXP1 on the JFK-LAX segment, a BXP3 wouldn't even be valid, HUCA.
