I always thought booking on AA metal and AA flights meant better bang for buck in terms of EQD and EQM.
However reading through the forums looks like BA offers a % of the miles flown as EQD and not the actual dollar amount which makes it lucrative for long haul flights at cheaper fares. Am I right in my thinking? I have about 5 international trips to India next year and I have 2 to Europe. So would it make more sense to book them on BA.com? TIA.
Look at the AA and BA earning charts on aa.com to see. Usually, you’ll earn the same EQM but a percentage of flown miles for EQD flying BA marketed flights.
