I updated my information and paid for my GE renewal on 11/8/19. This morning I received an email saying my status had changed so I logged into my account and it showed a new expiration date 5 years out and no mention of a interview being required.

Today I also discovered that there was an issue with my driver’s license not appearing. When I completed my renewal on 11/8 I entered my current Florida license (it still showed my old NY license). I double checked twice to confirm that the Florida license was entered and saved properly along with all of my other information and I then paid for the renewal. People have mentioned that you can change your license information, what browser are you using?
