Wife and I are pondering on returning to Alinea in Jan (we just went this past April). Have any of you done their top tier reserve wine pairing? We did the middle one and for the most part, enjoyed it. We split the pairing and I thought the pours were a bit on the light side.

Aside from that, we are thinking of trying Blackbird, Acadia, and Spiaggia.
