There is no list or definition of participating hotels. The web site also says:
"1. Hyatt Gold Passport has the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, hotel or partner awards or award levels, or hotel award categories pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, ..."
True, but that is the vague wording they have always had, so basically any hotel at anytime could deny RC access. I still expected something more defined with the rule change. Something like:
If all the RC/GC rooms are full at International properties you WILL NOT have access to the club, since they are way to overcrowded with all the people getting their free booze. You still get access at the NA properties since we don’t care how crowed they get, and they don’t have free booze so most people don’t hang out there as long.
