Actually, the web site says:
"***Access to the Regency/Grand Club Lounge is available at
participating hotels during days and hours of operation..."
There is no list or definition of participating hotels. The web site also says:
"1. Hyatt Gold Passport has the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, hotel or partner awards or award levels, or hotel award categories pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, ..."
