If you go to the bottom - you'll see that the "Refund Availble" X or O Fee Applies is the big difference between Saver and Smart. The big difference between Smart and Classic would be miles earned - this is all based on my dummy booking for JFK-ICN in a few weeks.

Also you should scroll down for "Full Fare Details and Conditions" and read the fine print.
