The issue is it sounds like this "Rachel's Kitchen" is not upholding the brand standards with how they are rationing out the food and drink on the comp breakfast. Many people want coffee and juice with their breakfast and at this place if you do that then you only are allowed one food item. That is just not consistent with how the brand does things.

The Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Chicago has an attached/leased restaurant as "Weber Grill" and it has no problems providing a full breakfast offering comp to Gold and Diamond. It is definitely better than the standard HGI breakfast offering.

I have in the past considered this HGI in Henderson. Knowing this, I will not be considering it for any future stays.
