Whichever, it is (2k every 2 stays or 4 stays), it's certainly IS going to change my behaviour - I'm going to cancel at least one booking out of the 4 I have left this year. I'm not partaking in these bird crumbs. The other 3 are Best Rate Guarantees, one of them with 5000 points anyway.

What astounds me is that they can't even get an e-mail right!!
I got the exact same email. Not sure I’d say it’s contradictory; rather, the title of the email conveniently leaves out the fact that you need to stay 4 more stays before the 2,000 every two stays kicks in.
