Looking at ORD flights yesterday, Delta did have some quite lengthy delays. Not 11 hours but some were 7! All that to say, it wasn't just AA that was effected by the weather. In my opinion I don't care if an airline apologizes to me. I realize that for some it does. And while it certainly seem like AA did a terrible job yesterday, I always realize that it could (and has in the past) been Delta, United, Southwest or any other airline. The employees were probably having an equally terrible day and just wanted it to be over.
