Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest, got club room

How are the rooms?
I like the rooms well enough though I do believe it is a fake 2 category upgrade


How is the exec. lounge?
I like the view, the service in the day was not nearly as good as in the evening.

The appetisers are fairly well-presented but none of them tasted very good to me. However they did have some good bread, butter, vegetables, cheese and chocolate.

Hugely disappointed they stopped serving Champagne as I simply never drink $9 (or less) bottles of wine.

Did you receive a welcome gift?
Yes some chocolates.

How was the minibar?
Not good, half bottles of $9 a bottle of wine + Heineken and Corona

What was good and what was bad?

-Good
I like the hotel location / service overall

-Bad
No Champagne and I confess that is a good part of why we stay there

I felt service was generally off during our stay

Value for $ or Priority Club Points?
So-so

Would you return?
I think not, my RA days are quite likely numbered
