Stayed - 1 week, early November
Upgrade- Booked Executive, received Executive Junior Suite (1? category upgrade...it's very unclear how many categories an upgrade is here given the sheer variety of rooms, but it was definitely an upgrade)
Early check in - Used. Wife arrived a little before the early-check in time due to the early DL landing slots at LHR, but they were very nice in letting her freshen up in the spa free of charge until the room was ready.
Late check out - Offered, not needed.
Breakfast - Buffet spread with freshly made teas and coffees to order, included cold cuts and fresh juices as well. I'm not a breakfast guy really, but I availed myself of the croissants, chocolate muffins, and tea. Did the trick
WiFi - Included
Amenity - $100 USD food and beverage credit, converted to GBP at a pretty good exchange rate. We used it for dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant (good cocktails!), and it was automatically applied to our bill on checkout.
Very nice hotel, would definitely stay there again. We're not really the "fine hotel" type of people (we tend to travel quantity > quality to see more of the world, so didn't really have an idea what to expect at a 5 star hotel) but this lined up at the right price at the right time through FHR, and absolutely blew our socks off. Very nice, attentive, personalized service. Exceptional.
