There'll be some flexibility there, how much will depend on each individual frame.
At last week's Capital Markets Day the fleet plan showed there is still one 747 due to be retired this year so it looks like any respite for CIVG won't be for long. There are another couple of A350s due this year and next year there are more A350s at the start of the year and the 787-10s start coming in so I expect the old 777-200s will go as planned. BA are actually speeding up the retirement of their 747s in 2020. At last year's CMD they planned on having 27 in the fleet at the end of 2020, this year the projected total is 25 so eight will be going in the next 13 months.
