Am sorry to hear this news.

Saying that, in order to use it (to get from Takamatsu to Okayama via JR) I required help from this forum to do so* as Hyperdia gave incomplete information for this route. This was back in 2008, but I wouldn’t be surprised if other tourists stayed away from the service due to incomplete sources of information.

Here are my own photo souvenirs of the Takamatsu-Uno Service and the arrival into Uno Port. I have warm and fond memories of this crossing.
