Will the MUC-RAK flight LH7xx be regarded as intercont but the LH13xx from FRA-RAK not?

I've just found this nice tool on the M&M website(https://www.miles-and-more.com/ch/de...ts/update.html) and it states that Morocco, Tunesia and Algeria are indeed regarded as intercontinental. Can I assume that the tool is wrong?
Am also very interested in finding out how they consider GVA-RAK. According to the tool it comes out as intercontinental.
