I found could update my mailing address and DL but not my physical address or employer. I went to an enrollment center to update the last two. I was berated and told that I should have put in an end date onto these fields and then it would let me update the information myself. I tried to explain that the web site did nt offer the options that were suggested. The agent basically refused to enter my information, insisting I could do it myself. I now find that my DL is still the old one, my permanent address is blank, and my employment is still incorrect. I guess I need to go back to the enrollment center again <sigh>. Has anyone else run into this?
