St.Regis hardware is better particularly the bathroom, which I would say is a lot better
Odds of suite upgrade better at StR; quite hard at SGS
Happy hour at SGS is one of the best anywhere if you care about drinks and less about food, StR one drink per person is stingy
Breakfast at SGS is significantly better than at StR which leaves to be desired for a hotel of this caliber
Service is good at both
The views are better from StR if you have a room with a view
Location is good for both
